| Test Method |
? Strip (1) Remove the strip from foil pouch.? (2) Immerse the strip into a tube containing diluted sample for more than 10-15 seconds. Take out and put it flat or stick on the test card. Or add 2 drops of sample dilution directly to the sample pad of strip.? (3) Start timing. Reaction result should be observed within 5-10 minutes. ? Cassette (1) Remove the cassette from foil pouch.? (2) Put it flat. Open the cap of dilution tube then add two drops of diluted sample directly to the sample pad of cassette.? (3) Start timing. Reaction result should be observed within 5-10 minutes. |

Interpretation of Results |
Positive: Two red lines appear. Red lines appear in test line (T) area and control line (C) area.? Negative: Only one red line appears in the control line (C) area, and there is no red line in the test line (T) area. Invalid: No visible line appears at all, or no visible line in control line (C) area even though there is a red line in the test line (T) area |
